2. Payment instructions

• This site currently only accepts the following two payment methods:  

Overseas buyers (non-Taiwan account): Paypal (a handling fee will be charged).

Domestic buyers: manual payment (remittance to the designated account after order confirmation, no additional handling fee).

More payment methods will be added in the future.

• All prices are subject toNew Taiwan dollardisplayed, including applicable taxes, duties or other charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.

• During the payment process, please ensure that the payment information you provide is correct. and takeOne order, one remittancePayment method, do not combine multiple orders for payment, so as not to cause order confirmation errors.

3. Commodity delivery

• After the payment is completed, the system will deliver the designated download link of the digital product to the user via email.The download period is 30 calendar days.

• The delivery time is as soon as the payment is confirmed. For special circumstances or overseas users, it depends on your location and product availability. We will use our best endeavors to complete delivery within a reasonable time.

• It is the user's responsibility to ensure that your device and system meet the system requirements of the purchased digital product for smooth download and use.

Four, after-sales service

• Should the user wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team prior to delivery.

• Once the product has been delivered, we will not be able to provide a refund unless there is a serious technical problem with the item or other reasonable reasons.

• If a refund is required for special reasons, the user may need to provide relevant supporting documents for our evaluation and processing.

Once the buyer completes the payment, once the product download link is issued, it is not applicable to the seven-day appreciation period; any digital products that have been opened, used or modified will not be refunded.

5. Invoice

• This website will send the invoice to the member's address after the order payment is completed.

• If you need to mark the unified number when issuing an invoice, please fill in the demand in the remarks column when placing an order.

6. Intellectual property rights

• All intellectual property rights of digital products, including but not limited to copyrights and trademark rights, belong to the product provider or relevant right holders.

• Purchasing digital goods grants you personal use only, and commercial use, distribution, sale or transfer is prohibited.

• Unauthorized copying, modification, decompilation or reverse engineering of digital goods is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Unless otherwise expressly guaranteed in writing,Digital products are provided "as is", disclaims all warranties or guarantees, express or implied.

• We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind arising out of any use of the Digital Goods, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption or loss of data.

• You agree that use of the Digital Goods is at your own risk and will have no claim against us for any loss or damage.

8. Amendments and Changes

• This website reserves the right to modify the terms of purchase at any time, please check regularly to obtain the latest version.

• For digital goods that have been ordered, the shopping terms at the time of placing the order will apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
